Reading pennmom's review of the game on Big Fish describes it well:

Quote
This is a point and click type Time Management (no dragging involved) Some customers want to dine in the restaurant, others want a Hotel room (which seems to be rented by the minute lol) If the customer wants to eat, you click on the dining room table you wish them to go to, then you click on the food item that pops up above their head, which will automatically go to the chef, Frank, for him to prepare, then you click on the food when ready and serve to the correct customer, collect their money, clean the table, take garbage to the trash and move onto the next customer.
When a customer wants a roomr, you click on an empty room (beginning levels have 1 table for two customers, and 1 hotel room, and you must purchase all tables and hotel rooms before you can unlock the next level) after the customers goes to their room Quasimodo must be directed to pick up their luggage and deliver it to their room. After a brief snooze, Quasimodo will need to collect their money and clean their room, discarding trash into the same bin as the food trash goes into.

After each level, you can purchase upgrades, more tables, and more rooms, decorations and upgraded ovens, beverage dispensers etc. You can purchase Spells that will make Quasimodo and Frank move a bit faster, become dissatisfied a little slower, or deter unwanted guests. The levels take place either in the daytime or at night, and this matters because during the day, you need to get rid of rebellious vampires that continuously order food that they don't pay for, by adding garlic to their food. During the night you must deter sleepwalkers by giving them a special dish that frightens them wide awake and eventually fleeing.

The features that are lacking, and would have made this game nicer, would be the ability to see your queued with the order, such as a check mark or number of order they are going to be done in. You also have to really pay attention to the unwanted guests because the vampires during the day are difficult to spot when you are busy. I also found it difficult at times to get a customer to the correct place, for instance if you click on a customer first, there's nothing to indicate that you have clicked on the customer and if you don't click on the table just right, the customer won't move to the table, and you don't know if either are queued causing you to lose time which disrupts the flow. When you first start out, there is only one hotel room, (hotel rooms are time consuming) and usually several customers who want a room, and the cost for another room is 1500, which takes too long to earn.

I will have to check this one out, as I haven't tried it yet. It sounds similar to Haunted Domains, which I played and finished.
