Saving works the same in both... I do it all the time. Where are you getting the walkthrough from? What format is it in?

I just tried it both ways... copied and pasted into a Word document and right clicked and saved as an .html file. Both worked fine in my Windows 10. If the walkthrough is a PDF file, make sure you have a PDF reader such as Adobe on your computer.

How do you usually save them that is not working now? That's a good question. Also I'm wondering if it's just certain walkthroughs that aren't saving or is it a problem with all of them.
