Saving works the same in both... I do it all the time. Where are you getting the walkthrough from? What format is it in?

How do you usually save them that is not working now?

I always just copy the walkthrough (by highlighting it) and then paste it to a word document. That works for Gameboomers walkthroughs but may not be acceptable or possible on other sites.

Most Gameboomers walkthroughs are .htm or .html files and can be saved by clicking on the walkthrough, right-clicking, and choosing "Save Page As" or "Save As" to bring up the save window. Name the file if desired and browse to the desired save location before saving. It should save as .htm or .html files.

You can also click on a .htm or .html walkthrough and use Control-S to bring up the save window.

Of course you can also copy the text out of a .htm or .html file the way oldbroad suggested, but you may have to correct formatting.

The Ghost Vigil walkthrough from Matt Clark is in pdf form and you can't save highlighted text from a pdf walkthrough the way you can with .htm or .html walkthroughs. I think the Ghost Vigil walkthrough is the only walkthrough posted at Gameboomers that is in pdf form. You can right-click and chose "Save As" to save the walkthrough as a pdf, or some web browsers will display pdf files with a toolbar at top with a save or download icon.

I don't have Windows 10 at the moment, but back when I had access to computers with Windows 10, saving webpages worked exactly as in Windows 7 (as Draclvr said).

I just tried it both ways... copied and pasted into a Word document and right clicked and saved as an .html file. Both worked fine in my Windows 10. If the walkthrough is a PDF file, make sure you have a PDF reader such as Adobe on your computer.

That's a good question.
Also I'm wondering if it's just certain walkthroughs that aren't saving or is it a problem with all of them.
