This doesn't make any sense... you can't sign in to Amazon? Then you mention a game which has probably been updated to a newer version. Are the two questions related? Is the game from Amazon? Does it no longer work?

If you're just talking about signing in to your Amazon account, it sounds like you have some malware. I've looked everywhere and I can't find any references to Amazon having an anti-automation challenge screen.

it does, but it is hard to win, i am like llucy ball in the chocolate ffactory, when tthe cakes go down the Conveyor belt, webwrench gave us a good cheat,, that only works for 1.001, not 1.004, everybody was happy, and was loving it.

You’re asking about a game that you purchased 11 years ago I doubt that Amazon is somehow responsible at this point. And it seems your complaint is that you’re finding the game difficult. Again, not Amazon’s problem. As far as logging on to Amazon, all that’s required is your e-mail address and password. It may be that you’re not entering the correct information. After a certain number of tries, you would be denied entrance. That’s common practice. The system presumes you don’t really know the correct log on and may not be a member.

Aha! I see - you forgot your password. You didn't say that in your first post. That makes all the difference in the world. If you have entered the wrong password enough times, they assume someone is trying to hack into your account. The best thing to do is get your password - I assume you have it written down somewhere?

No, I can imagine it's not funny at all. I absolutely HATE captchas!

Try this link that Sparkle and I found. It sounds like they will just send you a code to enter. This time PLEASE write down your password in a notebook that you keep by your computer so you don't have to go through this again.
