it was uninstall, and i did not do, neither did my husband, i running a scan, should i be worry, the amazon one.

What do you mean it was uninstalled?
Is the game folder gone?
Is it missing from your installed Programs list in Control Panel?
Or do you mean it just won't start?

Also what kind of scan were you doing?
Was it an antivirus scan or some other kind of scan?
If it was an antivirus can, did you check quarantined files?

Or maybe is the game icon just gone?

game icon was gone, and missing from my desktop and folder, antivirus scan.

If it's just the game icon that is missing, did you check to see if the actual game was still installed? If it is, you just need to make a new link to the desktop. Either look in your programs list or Control Panel to see if the game is there.

i had to reinstall it.

Hopefully it doesn't uninstall itself again.
