Judging will be done as close to Sunday evening as possible. The moon is actually more useful than the sun since the moon gives us light at night when it's dark. The sun only gives us light during the day when it's already bright out.

Most offices hang it "over," many restrooms have been hung "under" while few just put it on top. The over/under/on issue is surprisingly controversial and was a topic generating the most letters to Dear Abby on a single subject? According to science, the correct way to hang toilet paper is "over." Why? Because it's easier to reach. Dan ...
