Tuna Melt Recipe:
Ingredients: 1 can skipjack tuna, drained 14 cup organic celery, finely diced 2 or 3 green onion, diced Garlic salt Pinch of salt Squeeze of fresh lemon juice 1 Tbsp. fresh organic parsley, chopped Mayonnaise 2 slices cheddar cheese Butter from grass-fed cows
Directions: Add the tuna, celery, onion, garlic powder, salt, lemon juice, and mayonnaise to a bowl and stir to combine well.
Place a good amount of tuna mix onto one slice of bread and add the cheese on top. Place the 2 nd piece of bread on top. Add some softened butter to the outside of the bread and place it butter side down onto a cast iron grill pan.
Add more butter to the top piece of bread and cover with a lid or piece of foil. This will help the cheese melt.
Once golden brown, turn over the sandwich with a spatula and cook on the second side (covered) until the bread gets a nice golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Enjoy! can i do this ibn a panni press instead.

Grilled Meatloaf Sandwich Written by Linda Larsen Updated 01/14/20 Grilled Meatloaf Sandwich Tieuli Anthony / StockFood Creative / Getty Images Total: 15 mins Prep: 10 mins Cook: 5 mins Yield: Serves 4 17 RATINGS Add a comment This simple recipe for Grilled Meatloaf Sandwich is an easy way to take a plain sandwich to the next level! The crisp ciabatta bread, melted cheese, and tender leftover meatloaf make an unbeatable sandwich.
You can use any type of bread in this hot sandwich, of course. Try using sliced whole wheat bread or French bread that has been cut on an angle. You can cook this sandwich on a dual contact indoor grill, a panini press, or on the stovetop in a regular nonstick skillet or pan. If you are using a regular pan, cover the sandwiches with the pan lid while they are cooking to help keep the heat in so the meatloaf heats and the cheese melts in the time it takes the bread to brown.
Ingredients 4 slices ciabatta bread 3 tablespoons mustard 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 4 slices leftover meatloaf 8 slices Swiss or Havarti cheese 3 tablespoons butter, softened Steps to Make It Place the bread on work surface. Cut the bread in half horizontally; spread open. Butter cut sides of bread sparingly. Or use slices of any type of your favorite bread; butter them.
Place 1 cheese slice on half of the bread slices, then top with the meatloaf slices; top with cheese. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side down. Spread the outsides of the sandwiches with more softened butter. Press down on sandwiches with the palm of your hand.
Grill the sandwiches on dual contact indoor grill for 4 to 5 minutes until bread is crisp and golden, or grill on regular griddle, turning once and pressing down with a spatula, for 7 to 9 minutes or until bread is crisp, the meatloaf is thoroughly heated, and the cheese is melted.
Serve immediately. i want to do this also.
