Hello everybody. wave2

Family I see you and Connie have been holding down the fort here for a bit. Oops, I just noticed you and L4L are using the same avatar, my bad. And I see Mr Soot posting too. bravo

Well, I apologize I have been distracted, and lazy about posting. No excuses. blush

I started another project to improve the looks of my water hydrant in the back yard. It was looking down right Ug-Ly! blech

So I paved it......with paving stones. lol

Last night we got a lot of rain from this system that moved through our area. I would rather it had not rained, but I'm not complaining. We have a good string of 70 degree days now. Great weather for working on projects out in the yard. yay

I ordered a few more window shutters, and I'm waiting for those to come in. They are for the two windows on the west side of the house. The only side that doesn't have any. hamster

Now I'm really running out of projects. rolleyes

Maybe I'll dig a storm cellar just because that's something you really need around here. I'm kidding. I might buy one, but I sure as heck won't be digging one. lol

I hope you're all keeping safe. Enjoy your weekend! rah

Good morning everyone, grocery day. I also need to go to Walmart to get some new curtains for the Living room. Down to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, then the painting will be done. It takes longer in a small furnished house with a dog and 3 cats. Danish, Eggs, Grits, Hash Browns, Bacon, Sausage, and Toast in the NC. hearts

Happy Mothers Day all! Yesterday was Mothers Day for me and we had a lovely outing with dogs and extended family and dinner. Today is quiet. Landscapers came this morning to remove three of my large evergreens that died and planted three new ones. They are so tiny compared to the 45 year old ones that were there. They will grow. My ferals are confused because I used to put their food underneath to shelter from rain and now they are in the open.

Have a happy day all!
