They will not hurt you.
Sometimes they are more expensive so they might hurt your pocketbook a little bit.

What exactly did you buy? If they’re just gluten free and organic versions of things you normally buy, you won’t know the difference.

Rotini Pasta - 16oz - Barilla, is the glutten freee, the organic is tomato sauce or a can of crushed tomato.

The pasta is made from corn amd rice rather than wheat. Wheat is the problem for people who need to avoid gluten.
The organic tomatoes are tomatoes. Nothing really different about them. As has been said, these products contain familiar ingredients. The pasta may taste a bit different, but probably not noticeable with sauce.
