I have meals and groceries delivered fairly often via GrubHub and Instacart. Typically pay $7-10 in extra fees over the price of the purchase. I don't like it but I'm able to, grateful for the service, and aware of the hardships those businesses are going thru. Maybe I'm naive but I feel for people struggling to make a living in any way they can. But I do get upset when the deliverer doesn't ring my doorbell to alert me or leave the package(s) so close to my front door that I can barely open it. I've made a few complaints about that sort of thing, cause it would be nice for people to use a little common sense. Of all the deliveries I had since quarantine, only 3 people took time to thank me for their tip. It was a pleasant surprise each time.

Life's a puzzle; one piece at a time.
