Anyone else experiencing this issue? It's been going on for years now, but lately even searching a game and clicking "Play Now" button work-around doesn't work. Game Manager lights up but no game is downloading. The only games that download are new ones I'm paying $ for. Tried every which way. Uninstall/Reinstalled many times. I tried to change my password and am now locked out. Sent email twice no response other than an automated one. I've been buying games there for nearly 15 years now. My Purchase History is huge. Don't suppose they'd give me a refund. It might bankrupt them wink

Did you receive a 1404 error message the first time this happened? This could be the result of having a large Purchase History, which can create a problem that sometimes happens to people. I would try this even if you did not receive an error message.

And yes, I know several people that the above has happened to.

Keep responding to those automated Customer Support emails that you are receiving, when you are able to do so. Big Fish is undergoing some reorganization at the moment and I suspect that is why you haven't heard back from anyone yet.
