It's very similar to the Logitech Attack, which is very comfortable to use, but which has a cable for a gameport, not USB.
Unless you want to buy an adapter like this one, go for the Logitech 3D Pro.

That one is more expensive here in Canada, but it looks pretty good. It's what I had in mind.
