My husband bought a Malwarebytes program from London Drugs. It has a license key number with the purchase but when going to their site to install the program all it gives you is the option to download a free trial or purchase the product directly from their site. No where can we see the option to use our license key. Can anyone tell me how to access a spot to put in this key number as we have already paid for their product.

You beat me to it Oldbroad, excellent link, now all linda333 has to do is to download and install the Free Trial and then follow the instructions on the link you provide her.

Well done, guys! You have to download and install the free trial version first. Within the program are the options to enter the code.

Thanks so much. Got it installed. However it would be a thought for the company to have a place on the website that states: click here to install your Malwarebytes if you purchased it from a retailer.

You'd think but that would just be too easy!

Sometimes I think these companies make far too many assumptions about how they do things!
