I am using Firefox as I have been for a good long while now. I'm trying to look at groceries at my local Jewel/Osco as I have done the last few weeks while making out a shopping list. Tonight it just keeps telling me this:

" Unsupported browser

You’re currently using an outdated version of Internet Explorer, update your browser now for greater speed, security, and the best experience on this website."

Why? I am not in Internet Explorer. I am in Firefox. I even closed it and reopened it. Same thing.

Definitely something up with the website. But make sure your Firefox is completely updated and then clear out your browser history. I would also suggest using your Edge browser to see what happens.

I can get there with Edge.

I was unable to find a version of my Firefox though I thought it updated a week or so ago. How do I know if I have the latest version or not and how do I clear my browser history. I have to admit that the browser seems a lot different than it used to be. I did know how to do this stuff in Firefox before.

Thank you!

Edit: Okay, finally found it. Version 89.0.2. Says it is "up to date". I'll continue looking around in there.

Second Edit: I cleared a bunch of stuff even though I wasn't sure what it all was. Still showing that stuff about old internet explorer. duh

It's Help and then About Firefox. To clear history, click on History and then one of the options there such as Clear Recent History. If this retailer has a Support option, I would report it to them. In the meantime, you might have to use Edge.

Well, I cleared Cached Web Content under Cookies and Site Data and also Cookies and Cache under History. None of that worked.

Then the only thing remaining is on their end. At least you can used Edge in the meantime. If you contact their support, make sure you tell them what all you've done.

Version 89.0.2. That's what mine says also. I don't have any problem going to https://www.jewelosco.com/, If that's the site you're talking about.

Yes, that is the site Uncle Reg and it seems to be working right now.

Thank you!
