I know several people who have had this message including myself. It can happen when your Purchase History gets beyond a certain size. We have talked about it in the Casual Games forum. After you have heard from Big Fish about it, if you still have problems or questions related to this message, I can probably help answer those questions. It happened to me in 2016 so I have been dealing with it for quite a while.

Exiting the Game Manager won't change anything, good or bad. It will just be the same.

Unfortunately, you will just have to wait to hear from Big Fish.

While you are waiting to hear back from them, if there is a game in your Purchase History that you want to download and play, go to the game's download page and download the demo. After the demo is downloaded, click the buy button. It will tell you that you already own the game, then click yes that you want to activate it, and then the whole game will download.

By the way, if you have a large Purchase History, I recommend looking at your Purchase History through the website and not through the Game Manager. For me at least, it does not take as long to access it that way.

That's a good suggestion, Marian. I always go to my purchase history through the Big Fish website.

i had the wronge download for the game manager it gave me 2 when i could not open the game manager, game manager, games, something cache, but when i download Murder by Moonlight: Crimson Night i got games, working fine now. they need to fix it.
