Well, folks, here's the situation: our new invisible tape's been a big hit! Or maybe it hasn't. We don't really know. Shoppers say it's vanished from shelves. Stores say no one's buying it.

We thought there might be a shrinkage problem, but we examined the security tapes and couldn't see anything. We sent a shipment to the the store to restock, but it disappeared in transit. We asked an investigative team to look into it, but all they said was the problem was pretty transparent.

In better news, the new glossy tape is almost through production, and we hope to get it into stores once our scientists can figure out what exactly is glossy about it.

Look everyone! It's the Emperor's new box packed with Matt Finish Invisible Tape.

Things were going well until a government spokesman said "There are no problems with supplies of this item. There is no need to panic buy"
