Hi, everyone!
Has anyone else had problems downloading and installing the demo? After going through the validation process, I get "Error Code 3" with the message that there was an error downloading, so it won't install. I have tried 3 times and even deleted the file I saved and started over. This has never happened before, so I'm stumped.

Susan, I purchased the game and downloaded the full game with no issues - I did not try the demo. I do not think I have ever experienced error code 3, but there is a help page about it here.You may need to write to Customer Support about this. Good luck!

Hi, Marian! Thanks for the info. I always play the demo first, and the only times I haven't bought the game was if I didn't enjoy the demo. Any glitches I ran into were always farther into the game and not present in the demo. I can't even install it because the message that there was an error downloading pops up immediately following the validation process. I'll try again and, if the result is the same, I'll contact Customer Support. I guess there is something in my system that the demo just doesn't like because this is the first time I've had trouble with a download since joining Big Fish in 2009  . Susan Updated to add that I uninstalled and reinstalled the Game Manager and was able to install the demo. Now to see if it works  !
