No I don't think so. I can't think of any time you need to text Dana to proceed. Dana is more of a side story. You may have missed another step. This section in which you are stuck is by far the most convoluted. The developer is active in the discussion groups on Steam. You may want to ask him...

Hi safc

I just took a quick peek at a Utube walkthrough and noticed that the USB didn't appear to require an "exact" spot to make it work - it just seemed to be clicked "on the monitor".
Have you tried doing that ??

Anyway, if you do decide later to try the Psychologist Path, there is an excellent walkthrough HERE.
It doesn't give every intricate detail of course but I found it to be truly useful at a certain rather frustrating section of the game

Hi Guys

Managed to progress through the game, I am now at the Scooter Chase part, trying to get the seal from Mildas Grandpa, but I cant seem to move faster or move right or left does anyone have a save for just after the Scooter Chase as I am ready to pull out my hair
