Tell us what you see! You may create a caption or a short story. Keep the entries G-rated, please. The best, most creative answer wins a beautiful, shiny trophy. You may submit as many entries as you like. This round's judge is our last winner, LadyKestrel! Judging will be done some time on Sunday.

Great moments in movie history #47

"Stanley, I have this wonderful idea for a comic movie. Go fetch me a piano"

"Certainly, Ollie"

To waste one second of one's life is a betrayal of one's self.
I wonder what's on television...?

Albert: Seriously John?

John: Yeah, Al, seriously! The handicap walkway is 40 inches wide, that's 4 inches wider than required "and" it is immediately adjacent to the stairs for folks to use who are accompanying the handicap individual!

Albert: "...sigh"

I SO wish I'd thought about carrying groceries from the car to my door. But I got over excited about the prospects of living way up in the clouds !! slapforehead

The wheelchair sign proved eerily prescient. Everyone who tried to use the ramp ended up in one!

I felt inclined to build a ramp but, once I started, I found it to be a very slippery slope. The step-by-step directions were so hard to follow. I decided to rise to the occasion; this would be my hill to die on. Although it's no stairway to heaven, it was a very uplifting experience! joy2

Not seen in the picture is a notice at the bottom of the ramp: "Rocket propelled wheelchairs only. Stabilizers MUST be fully engaged"

Mom: Johnny, Mrs. Jones says you've been greasing their wheelchair ramp again...

Johnny: "sigh..."

Mom: Well, what do you have to say for yourself?

Johnny: "Well Ma, I've tried so hard to stop, but once you start it's a really slippery slope..."

I really enjoyed all of these this week. Honorable mention goes to Rog for the Laurel and Hardy piano moving reference, but I have to give the trophy to Sherlock for the most humorous use of cliches ever!
Congratulations, Sherlock!
