I am Bess and I need to talk to the doctor sitting below between Zeke's and the gumbo van. I do not get an arrow anywhere on the screen to visit him. Any hints how to activate the arrow to visit him?

Did Nancy find out where the doctor was by calling him first?
Try clicking on the doctor while you're in the balcony of the hotel or see if you can click on the door of the store. I can't remember which one worked after Nancy tells Bess to talk to Dr. Buford.

I am in the hidden room and played the bowling game and got the eye. I did the dummy and got that eye and paper. What I can't do it get the eye from the pendulum.

The eyeball bumps outside the case but I don't get the hand icon to click until the eyeball is slowed down and not moving outside the case. Even after getting the hand icon/cursor, it will not press the button even though I'ved clicked, unless the eye is inside the case.

The balls and eye will continue to bounce until I make the hand cursor click the button. Just never clicks until the eye is inside the case then it slows down and I have to try again.

Would appreciate suggestions on how to make this work. This is very tedious and does not seem to be working for me.

There are 2 points to the swing outside (right side) that you can catch the ball.
What I did is mark the computer where the 2 points are located.
Then run the puzzle, move the cursor in position, wait for a short time and time my click. Usually I get it in 3 set of swings.

Well, I finally figured out that you meant that I was to literally 'catch' the ball when it swung out past the glass. I kept trying to catch it outside the glass by pushing the button, thinking that would stop it in midair if I timed it right.
