Patricia, i think Super Cow looks like a funny game, but haven't had time to try it out. What kind of game is it? A platformer?

Super Cow is a platformer, I love the simple platfomer games they release, hence my love of the Turtle games, and Cave Days was a blast. I just started the Natalie Brooks game.

Hard question. I too love the platformer games: Super Granny (all of them) Turtix, Turtle Odyssey (both), Supercow, Bud Redhead, Scuba in Aruba, Ozzy Bubbles, The Tuttles....

I also loved Westward and wish they had come up with a sequel.

I enjoyed Aveyond 1 & 2 in the RPG area.

Then there are the usuals MCF's, Scruffs, Azada, Dream Chronicles and Hidden Secrets The Nightmare.

I am eagerly awaiting the Natalie Brooks game showing up on Bigfish.

I am also considering the Mortimer Beckett game from realarcade.

I liked Azada, Hidden Secrets, Dream Chronicles too. Dream Chronicles 2 is out and there is an sequel to Westward (love that), but it's not released yet. They put up screenshots, it's going to be 3D. I liked the atmosphere of the 1st one better so I was mad when they changed it.

Never heard of the Aruba one, have to check that out.

I hope they put out more snapshot games like Sea Life Safari and the bird one.

Dream Chronicles 2 is out already? I guess Bigfish just hasn't gotten it yet.

Do you know where I can find more info on Westward 2?

Have you played Bud Redhead? It's a platformer too and is pretty good.

For me it's Fairway Solitaire, Farm 51 and Atlantis

Looney4labs: Magic Match is a match 3 type game expect that you need to connect like objects on the board to acquire the number of each that is set at the start of each 'level'.

Hope that makes sense confused

Hey Jldcat,

Dream Chronicles 2 is not out yet, it was in beta about 3 or 4 weeks ago at Playfirst. I only got to play for an hour and I think that people will not be disappointed.

Westward 2 just came out in beta this weeked so I don't think you'll see it for another few weeks or a month at least.

You can never tell how long it takes for a beta game to be completed. I was hoping Dream Chronicles 2 would have been out sometime this month....here's to wishful thinking.

I'm especially impatient waiting for Westward 2 now that I know that it's out there. I just finished re-playing Westward 1 and am eager for more.

Dream Chronicles, I think, is supposed to be out this month some time. At least I remember a topic here about it so hopefully my memory is correct. I check Bigfish every day so I don't miss it...LOL

jldcat,

Unfortunately, the thing with Playfirst is that they usually hang on to their new releases for a few weeks before they let anyone else have it.

I can't say that I blame them, they want to make as much as they can. They do that with the Diner Dash series and so on.

There is a Westward II coming soon from SandBox.

Linda wave

Oh, in keeping with the post subject, I like games that make me think - Azada, Dream Chronicles, Chuzzles and some Match 3 like Cradle of Rome and Persia and Atlantis Quest and Rise of Atlantis. And all the MCF games, keep 'em coming.

Linda again wave

So many games, so little time.

L4L: Magic Match is much more than a match 3... but 3 is the least number to match. The more the merrier. You have to try it. Each time the play is different. It's timed but until you get to the end it doesn't bother you.

Tip: Turn off that little bear or whatever it is right away or he'll drive you nuts.

I just started Azada a little while ago. My first foray into the area of casual games. I signed up on Big Fish Games so I'll have to check out some of the games mentioned here.

For someone who has liked Azada, what similar games are there to it with a wide variety of puzzles?

I love lots of puzzles also. You could try safecracker, an excellent puzzle game and there is a hint walkthrough here if you get stuck.

Big Fish has Safecracker also.

Most recently: Farm Frenzy

Biggest disappointment recently: dirty dancing

Thanks for the recommendations! I do have Safecracker already but I will check out the others listed on BFG (I signed up for a 12 month when I bought Azada, how could I not pass up that deal?) smile
