I finally got around to playing this game and I'm having a blast, but I'm stuck. I'm in Chapter 4 and I'm trying to get the goblin shield out of the city. If I get thrown out of the jewelry store the guards take it, if I try to leave by the docks the smith takes it. Help!

Thanks,
Steph smile

I'm not familiar with this game Steph. I'm sorry but we'll have to wait for a member that has played the game to help you out.

Steph,

I have not played the game but checked the walkthrough.
It stated to free the tailor by beating the goblin chief and then give the shield to the rest of goblins to free the tailor. Does that fit with your gameplay?

Thanks for looking Sue. smile

Mag, I think that part comes after I get the shield from the smith. My problem is I can't seem to get it out of the city without either the guards or the smith taking it. The walkthrough I've looked at does not give detailed instructions for getting the shield.

I searched for help and looked at a couple threads. I think Retired At Last was able to get through this part so hopefully he will come along later and help. smile

Thanks,
Steph

Hi Taylor's Mom

Yep this was a difficult one.
If my memory serves me right you have to throw the shield off the cliff near the jewellery store. Then you have to swim to go and get it.
Hope this helps luck

New question now. Who the heck is the murderer? I must not have been paying enough attention and I don't have the patience to go back and replay parts of the game. I can continue the game without knowing, but I am curious.

Thanks,
Steph

Steph. Did you have a look at this WALKTHROUGH

Go down the page after the WT to discover other informations. Maybe this will help you and give you clues.

Good luck.

Hi Chief. wave Thanks for the link, but it doesn't give much detail. It's more a general list of things to do and not necessarily how to do it. I'll keep working on it and get it figured out eventually. smile

Thanks,
Steph

Hi Steph

Sorry I don't remember who the murderer is - but I think you find out near the end of the game

Thanks for checking in RAL. The nice thing is I can move on without knowing, it's just a points thing. Have a great weekend!
