Well, I got through the Sloop puzzle just fine but can I figure out the Fish Puzzle...nooooo...is there some trick? It seems the sticks go different places all the time and while I can get the first stick in place easily after that I make no progress and can't seem to find any pattern for each of the keys..help. I love this game.

Happy,

I'm confused. Is this the fish puzzle that you have to move the 3 sticks? I don't know what you mean by pattern for the keys? wave

I mean that when I hit the D, W, S, A key I can't see that each time they go in certain directions?? Like the D seems to move the stick in several directions but with no set pattern. I hope I am being clear....anyway, yes it is the stick fish puzzle. Any help?

Have you checked MaG's WT? She has a picture of the 3 sticks to move and where they need to be. wave

yes, but I can't seem to move them there so I guess I thought there was some hidden trick to it. I assumed I was to move the sticks in order..like stick 1 on the left goes to stick 1 on the right and so on. I can't get the 2 stick to go to the right side where it matches with MaG's picture of where the 2 stick goes. I guess I am just not getting how to move the keys so I can get the stick put down in right place.

Happy,

Have you tried moving the 3rd stick? I don't remember if they had to be done in order.

Are you using your space bar?

Not admitting defeat... is the beginning of the solution.
But sometimes asking for help is not a bad idea!

Happy, RAL may have the solution to your problem. This is what Marita says about this fish puzzle:

"Use the WADS keys to move the cursor to the line needed. Press the space bar to select that line.

Use the WADS keys to move it to the new position and then press the space bar to place the line in the selected position." luck

well guys...the good news is you are all being very patient...the bad news is yes I do hit the space bar to lock in my selection and then I move with the WADS keys...when I get the 1st stick in it's proper place I hit the space bar to lock it into postion...it's when I try to move the 2 stick that I can't get it to go into its correct spot...nor can I get 3rd stick to move into it's space...and the puzzle resets after you make enough errors..so I just make mistakes to force puzzle to reset..but it's not helping....this puzzle is becoming a puzzle!!!

Oh dear--I hope someone else can help you, Happy, because that's the only idea that I had. blush

And I don't even have a copy of the game, so I can't offer to take your save and play through this for you--sorry. I hope someone else will be able to help you...luck

How do I send you my save? Never had to do this before...I usually conquer these things...please give me step by step so I get how to do it? Thanks. Oh...I assume I should put the 1 stick in place and then the 2 stick, etc. I don't move anything else right? When I do move something else I get kicked out of puzzle...thanks.

I don't have the game at the moment and so based on a very shaky memory...

I select the line I want to work with using the space bar.
I use the WASD keys to get it to the place I want it to go. I think I like went around to the left and downto the place I need to go.
Once I had it in place, I press the space bar again.
Please check the picture and see where they should go.
Also, I think (not sure) you are limited in the number of click to get there.

Happy,

Have you tried MaG's instructions above? I believe MaG is right about a limited number of clicks to get the stick in place. Maybe you are doing too many clicks, so can't move sticks 2 & 3. wave

TO SEND A SAVED GAME:

Find the save in your game folder
Right-click on the save
On the menu that comes up, put your cursor on “send to”
On the next menu, left-click on “mail recipient”
You should now have an e-mail with the save as an attachment – just put in the address and send…

I can move the first stick into position but it is the next two sticks that come close to but won't move into position. Seems I can click as often as I want so I will try to send attachment to TLC and thanks MaG for checking in to help. I am frustated to say the very least...

I have followed your instructions but when I go to click "send" it just shows a "save" button. So I went online with Internet Explorer thinking that was the problem. I only work off of AOL...still no send button. And then I have been trying to move the second stick and even left the area for awhile and came back. Then I took a real walk...still no luck. Do I have to be on Internet Explorer and maybe I 'm not set up for sending mail?
