Diane, I went to their website and looked. It said

I didn't receive a confirmation letter and don't have a registration key. What should I do?

If you purchased the game from us, we sent you a confirmation letter. If you haven't received it then you may have entered a wrong Email address or had a problem with your Email. Make sure your email is not over its storage capacity or the email hasn't ended up in your spam folder. Still can't find it? Contact us.

At the very tip top of their page, there is a Contact Us link--I clicked on that and got a page to fill out and submit. Is that how you tried to email them--through that Contact Us link?

Also, did you check your junk mail folder or your spam folder (assuming you have one) I know I consistently find mail from internet companies in either my junk or spam folders. luck

Thank you both I did try both ways and also through paypal and I get the mail error. I did the e-mail send and the contact. Won't send it. Hmm Don't know what else to do. I was having such a great time too I love the game. Maybe someone could try to see if the contact works or if you get the mail error also? I would sure appreciate it. I always buy from Bigfish and this never happens wouldn't you know the first time I try buying from someone else and it doesn't work. Diane

Hi BrownEyedTigre smile

"There is one folded on the table next to the perfume and phonograph.
There is one on the floor in Foyer? next to table, kind of below the bust.
I have the third but I don't know where I got it from."

Yes. I too have found the one on the floor and the one near the phonograph - but I haven't been able to find the third woozy

Cheers.

I found the third but I didn't know that's what it was so I don't know where I got it. I do not believe I have time left before the game runs out to redo the game to that part. I only have the beta test version, I will purchase when it gets to BigFish. Hopefully someone else will be able to help that has it.

Hi again smile

I'll just have to keep trying .... Do me a world of good .... Suffering is supposedly good for the soul rotfl

EDIT :
Click to reveal..
Oh, heck !! I tried this puzzle four times before I realised I only had to find the two pieces of handkerchief that I always found !! hardwall
The frame doesn't need to be fully filled with pieces as I had assumed.
So now I'm done with crime 4 and can look forward to crime 5 bravo

Cheers.

I'm downloading this as we "speak" from BF. I am enjoying the other Sherlock - Persian Carpet. I have been traveling a lot lately and I enjoy playing all the BF games on the plane and those that challenge the mind are the best at making the time pass quickly.

This is a fun game ... and lots easier than the Persian Carpet (almost given up on ever solving the thread puzzle). I get really frustrated and grumpy, so then I go to the Lost Cases.

There are a few quite challenging scenes, but these have a 'skip' option (it costs you in time)

But the best part is when you leave this game, Holmes says "Cheerio" in a bright and happy voice. It makes me smile.

...and the game is replayable. All the items remain the same but the AI puts them in different places eek

I finished all the cases- great fun! But couldn't find the cap for the last case and I can't unlock the bonus game. Can anyone tell me where to find the cap in the last case?

Hi All ~

I downloaded the demo and find this game delightful in the true tradition of Sherlock Holmes. There is voice overlay by Holmes and Watson and the characters, making the play more interesting.

Not sure if I will purchase however. So far (1st 2 cases) have been easily solved. think

Spirit, each level gets more and more challenging. I'm so impressed with the way this game has been set up - the progression of difficulty and the training that seems to occur as we solve each puzzle. This has got to be my favorite game to date

Challis, I've finished also and I'm missing two caps. I can't tell you where I found a cap at any particular level because the location changes each time you replay.

So, I'm replaying two levels, and Spirit, they're even more difficult each time. I've found a strategy that seems to work for me, and that's to balance hints remaining and time remaining

I like this game to because if you run out of time they change the objects around and is a challange to find items. I missed a couple hats too but, will replay this game again. I like the way it is played it gets harder as you go but, the pace is perfect not too easy makes you decide on how to play the game. I also like that items are change about when you play the game again feels like a new game. It is worth the money BF Games has it.

I like the game also. I'm actually taking my time and just doing a couple of cases a night, that way it won't seem too short.
I noticed that they change things around when you have to go back to a certain case, or run out of time. I wonder what is in store in the end when you have found all the hats. I like the fact that the cases are all individual and have nothing to do with each other. That way you can finish a case and leave the game for another time.

Actually the last case is the one case that the objects are always in the same place- so if anyone remembers where they found the cap from the last case it would be much appreciated!! Just dying to play that bonus game!!
