gillann, just a thought: have you clicked on the warehouse door itself so that Holmes can comment that it is locked? I'm sure you have, but just in case.

Hi,Rushes, I've tried to click on the door, but again, there's no icon, and no comment from Holmes. Usually, there is diaglogue which leads into the puzzle to be solved. Very odd. Any ideas? I keep thinking I've missed something that leads up to this scenario, but have gone back to saves, and redone some of the scenes. There's definately something missing. Gillann

gillann, would you like to e-mail me your last saved game, and I'll take a look at it and see if I can figure out what's gone wrong?
I could also e-mail you a saved game from outside the warehouse, and you could pick up from there and see if that solves your problem.

Thank you, Rushes but I've gone back over the dialogues in inventory, and nowhere can I find mention of warehouse #12. I'm assuming the bartender is the one who mentions it, but it's not in inventory. Very odd. How do I trigger that conversation? All the barkeep does now is ask if Holmes has "found anything of importance". He's checked the table with the symbols, delivered the arm to the drunk, and taken the hook. The dialogue is exhausted at that point. I'd love to try and solve this without the Save, but if I get desperate, I'll call on you. Thanks, again, Gillann

No problem, gillann, just let me know if you change your mind. I believe it's the smuggler who mentions warehouse #12, have you exhausted all dialogue with him/given him the medallion?

gillann, This room is picky: All active spots have to be clicked on. All items that can be picked up should be taken. All items picked up should be examined in inventory. All documents picked up should be read. All the things in the altar should be examined. It is just a meticulous, picky place. So best to go around again and click, read and take everything.
