I got my email and put it in my game file but it doesn't show up on my saves when I start the game. Did I do something wrong?

Did you renumber it to be the last saved game in the folder?
Also the saved game folder for this game is in My Documents not in Program files.

yes I put it in my documents and in the game file, It was #23 and still it won"t go on the saved game list when I start to play game

Whatever your last saved game number is, you should renumber the save that L4L sent you to be one sequentially after that.

How do you do that? I have 1 save already and that's the only one showing when I stsrt the game

If you only have 1 save, right click save #23 and choose rename, then name it save002.dsv, then it should show up in the load screen.

I wentl in and changed it like you said and it still didn't show up. Started again from my last save when I entered the hideout, and now I can't get the phone to ring, have tried everything. Now I need help with the phone so I can go on, please

You need to use your PDA to take a photo of the bag on the couch. Once you've done that, look at the photo from inside your PDA, and dial the number that you see (remember that the numbers are inverted). Then you should be able to progress.

I did what you said and it's there in the game file in My Documents, but when I started the game again it wasn't on my load screen. I pressed on my 1 save and now I'm stuck in the hideout room and can't get the phone to ring as it's always busy. I have tried everything to get it to ring and it won't, so I'm stuck here. I tried from where my save started in the storeroom and got to the hideout again and still couldn't get the phone to ring, Please help What do you mean by inverted?

oh no. I only have half of the room with the tiles on the floor. the desk or whatever is sitting on top of inventory. Is there a way I can get lower on the floor as I can't go down to go across to the table. How stupid I am, all I needed to do was go to the wardrobe.
