I played it for a couple of minutes. I used a hint and found this is another HOG where you have to be looking in the right spot to get the hint. Heck, if I knew where to look, I'd probably find the object without using a hint.

I've already uninstalled it. Won't be buying this one.

I like this game. It's sort of like the Hidden Object Show but more "game show." I didn't have any issues with the hint system -- maybe I'm just used to games that circle the area.

Anyway, I bought it!

Oh, I don't have problems with the HOGs that circle the area. But, unless I completely missed it twice, this one goes so quickly you can't see the area being circled unless you're looking at the right spot. There have been a couple of others like this.

Hm, I didn't find that it goes that fast. Before it's outlined, your character's avatar pops up in that area, then fades with the circle. Usually when I request a hint from a game, I don't focus on an area but sort of "zoom out" with my vision so I see the entire screen. Did that make sense? It's how I got through the chess game easily in Dream Chronicles 2.

Maybe everyone just sees things differently? smile

ETA: When it goes into "outline" mode (the hint circle), it stays there until you click on the object. I just tested it again now.

It's a cute concept but I found the objects extremely hard to find... I've never used so many hints. Well, I am tired, so I still ave 30 min. left I'll try it again tomorrow.

NYLady I agree. I do find the objects in this one a little hard to find. I also used more hints than I normally would and very early in the game. But that being said, I think I like it but I'm really not sure on this one. Usually I can make my mind up instantly if I'm going to buy a game or not, but this one I'm not sure. I think I'll wait a bit for some other comments before I make a decision. Maybe someone who has played a little longer can let us know if it gets better?

Well, heck. I must have missed that twice. I've been playing HOGs for several years. My eyes must be going, LOL!

LOL! If the hint system was your main gripe, give it a go again and you'll see what I mean about the hint circle staying on screen until you click on it.

Some of the objects are a little challenging to find but I don't mind. I don't like HOGs that are too easy.

I ended up buying it as well. I do like it. It's different. Although I find some of the objects quite difficult, Misa I agree with you, I sort of like it better that way too. I don't like easy HOG either. But I must say, some are quite challenging and hair pulling. Anyway, Happy Gaming.

OP I agree with the others, the cicle does stay on the screen for a bit...maybe something wrong with your game? Just a thought.

I don't see it mentioned here, but does the game have a timer?

Ana, there is a relaxed mode. In certain minigames, there is a timer though. I haven't played it outside of relaxed mode but the way the game works is that you are playing against 2 other contestants and are supposed to find the objects before they do. I am assuming in relaxed mode, they won't win.

THanks Misa! I will give it a try then. I've been too harried for anything with a timer. lol
