Does anyone know about how long Big Fish usually has "Exclusives" on games? I cannot use thier website to buy games. We could never figure out why so I buy from Spin Top Games. I am anxiously waiting to play Hidden Expedition and it seems like a long time since it was released.

I do not know, but it is very easy to sign up with BF, go to game you want or register with them and pick plan you want. I have the $6.99 a month plan. I will have to check Spin Top Games. Good Luck, the game is good.

I think the suggestion misa makes is a good one, you may have to turn off a few things. I really like BF, I cannot see paying 19.99 for a game when I can get it for $6.99, that is quite a difference. And when you buy two or three you get a game credit to buy a free one, so it does not cost. I really like that.

Big Fish and I tried everything under the sun and could not get it to work. They were great in trying to help me but it was useless. I am not the only one by the way.

Susan, we had others here that could not use BF, but to my knowledge they have all been resolved with their new changes to the game manager and great assistance from staff. If you have not tried lately, I would really suggest you try again.

I'm sorry to hear about your BigFish problems, how long has it been since you tried them? I couldn't use it either, for a long time. I got so frustrated that I dumped and reformatted my computer to get it all off. But all it took was one very nice, patient and knowledgeable tech along with the new game manager having lots of little kinks out, I got BigFish back!

I missed the games they bring, and I gotta say, I was pretty darn happy to be playing again! I like other game sites too, but you just can't beat BigFish selection and prices and customer service.

If it's been awhile, maybe you could try again? I'm sure, with some patience, you can get it too. Oooo...just think of all the games you'd have to catch up on!

I do not believe that is a question we can answer Susan. I have seen Exclusives that were released there one day before another site had it and I have seen it for a long time. I think it can really only be answered by BigFish. Try emailing them and asking.
