I don't know if this is a "Hint" problem or a "Glitch" problem???

I am in New Orleans, I've talked to Lucy about Arneson, and how to use ring to open cupboard. I've given Champagne to Champagne and got planks and lamp, now I'm answering the Quiz.I checked a walkthrough, so I know 'raccoon' is corect but Holmes just keeps saying "Your intentions are good my dear Watson but you have missed everything of importance" and then I'm stuck, can't exit quiz or do anything.
Any ideas would be most welcome, thanks. Copper

This part tripped me up also. Try a different spelling of raccoon - "racoon". That should do the trick.
