I've played from the beginning twice and cannot access the turquoise machine. Can somebody help me? THANKZ

Visit Adrian's balcony and examine the trashbag outside there - you'll see a letter which mentions the turquoise machine. You will then be able to return to the paintball hall and access the machine.
