ONCE again I am having problems with downloading a game, having it deleted because of Trojan detected by McAfee. Have emailed BF. Just thought I would let y'all know just in case you want to disable your virus stuff, even though for me, it doesn't work as even after I install program whilst McAfee disabled and start playing, it detects and deletes. mad

Uninstall McAfee and get the AVG free trial software.

You'll thank me later.

I am still getting Trojan warnings with Kasperksy with every game I download from BFG! However, at least Kaspersky allows me to 'allow' rather than just deleting!! wave

I have McAfee...and outside of that one event, when it auto-updated and quarantined all my newer Big Fish games (subsequently fixed by BFG contacting McAfee), I haven't had an issue. Also you can configure McAfee so that it doesn't automatically delete things. Mine prompts me or quarantines without deleting.

Quite frankly, both Norton and McAfee can become "overly protective" at times. I use McAfee because the suite is free from my ISP so the only price I pay is the occasional annoyance. lol
