Hi, All

I just wanted to post how much this game I am enjoying..
For a HOG its more just a HOG...Its an Adventure game in a HOG lol

The puzzles are just what I like...Although the puzzle with the matching objects did get me at times..So I had to skip that puzzle lol

Anyway...I hope more casual games like this come out...Its so much worth $6.99... thumbsup

I agree--absolutely incredible! I finished it and started playing it again immediately! Does anyone know if any other companies make HOGs as elaborte as Big Fish Games does? In my experience, all the other games out there are pretty flat and one-dimensional compared with Madame Fate and the Ravenhearst games.

Jane, there are some great games out there, you can see our favorites here but The MCF and Expedition series are tops!

Have you tried Mortimer Beckett series?

Looks like I'm getting ripped off. I am currently waiting for delivery of this game (scheduled to come today) but I paid $19.99!! I hope it is as good as you all say. I did play Ravenhears and liked it but probably would not have bought this for that price if I hadn't read how much "adventure" is in it.

Not sure why you think you are getting ripped off. duh The 6.99 is for Club Members on BigFish. You can join if you like just like amyone else.

The game is not an adventure game, it is a Interactive HOG game like many other HOG's except this one is of extremely high quality. There are always free demos available Such as this one to see if you like it before you buy also. The game is awesome in my opinion.

This is an awesome game, I agree Ana. And I have been playing Adventure games for years as I am sure others have. I rank this over the top of many of those adventure games...and around the top of all games I have played. I just don't think you can go wrong with it...of course, it along with others have taken over my life. laugh

I am so happy to have found casual games that fill in the LONG spaces between good adventure games. Ripped off...no way! Very inexpensive for the fun and length of many of these "casual" games. Applause bravo for BigFish...and other places such as SpinTop who have those games that BF can't get.

DrMO...You won't be sorry...I hope your a club member with BigFish as you only pay $6.99 thumbsup what a bargain

Hi, oldbroad

Casual games are not true adventure games..They are Hidden object games & puzzles & arcade..etc.etc.

Some of the casual games are getting more involved with adventure type game play in the story..

You should join BigFish... thumbsup

Hi Darleen. Good Game. You have to put the moon and the sun in the middle, on the right side is one of the symbols...the one that looks like a 76, and on the left side is a swirl one with a dot on top. Hope that helps ya.

Hi Darleen, wave
no, I'm not a member yet! But I will be soon.
I bought Abra at Target and I'm getting ravenhearst here in a trade. From the posts I've read here I can't wait to play it! grin Have you started Abra yet?? Don't forget to
look for the matches they give you more time.
I want to get madame fate too, is it good?

luck Lotus777 !!! It's a great HOG!
is sleepy hollow a good one to get??

Glad to hear $19.99 is not a rip off. Sounds like a lot more than $6.99 though.

I know it is not a true "adventure" game but had read it has some more mix in it that made it more adventurey (is that a word?) .

Anyway, if you join Big Fish, is that just for downloads though? I really like having the discs for some reason and downloading is very slow with dial up internet.

Went on site through the link above. This looks great. Does anybody else have a dial up connection who is in this club? If so, can you give me an estimate/approximate time for downloading an average Hogs game? Definitely much cheaper than $20 per game boxed especially since there are sooo many to choose from!

I will check it out though, so thank you very much for the information!

oldbroad, BigFish is for downloads. You can get a back up CD for an additional 7 dollars but it is not necessary as you can easily download the game again if you need to.

Oldbroad, my sister has dialup at her house and has downloaded a few Big Fish games. A game the size of the new Nick Chase game (74 MB), would take around 3 1/2 hrs. My sister was able to get a DVD that had many of the games on it and so she could quickly install from it and only had to contact big Fish to activate. Maybe someone has an extra that they are not using. There is also a CD that has 10 games on it. Big Fish sent them out for free and they are handy for persons with dial up. If you want a boxed casual game, there are several available at the Trading Post.
