I am looking for hints and tips for Art of Murder 2...Have walkthrough but somethings just don't seem to work....Looking to fix a puncture in tyre and game will not let me mark the hole in tube.....Mavis.f

Hi mavis, to GameBoomers.

Do you have the marker pen in your inventory?

As marking the tyre is a timed puzzle, it could be that you have run out of time before you reach the fountain, and so the tyre is already deflated. Make sure to double-click through all areas to speed Nicole up - so as soon as you enter the main square from the garage, immediately double-click on the fountain and it will take you straight there.

At the fountain, dunk the inflated tyre and Nicole will comment. The tyre automatically goes back into inventory. Straightaway take the marker pen from inventory and click it onto the tyre. It will be marked.

Let us know if you still have problems.

I am having no end of trouble with fixing tube..Have tried everything get close and the screen hangs or runs out of time.
bur she wanders all over the place when I seem to think I have time she just wanders off. there has to be a glitch I have
unloaded and reloaded game and no difference....can anyone help

Please,Please help me!!!!I have put the scraps of paper in the hotel room together about 10 times.I have done it very quickly and got the tape immediately.But when I try to combine it with the scraps,nothing happens!!!I have tried to put the tape on the enlarged map that you have to put together and even tried to combine the tape with the scraps in the inventory(I was desperate!!!)Does anyone have an idea of what I am doing wrong?I can't go any further now.Please help me!

If the tape doesn't attach to the map, a piece might be placed incorrectly.
You'll know if a piece is correctly in place - you won't be able to move it anymore.

It will only separate when the taping takes too long.

Last post,I promise!!!!Once you get the map together and none of the little pieces can move,is that when you try to combine with tape or am I supposed to move the entire map around the screen till it doen't move?Honestly,I have never felt so stupid with a game before.I have played so many and this is the first time I have encountered anything like this.Thanks for any help,and I am sorry I got confused with posting at another thread.I am new at doing forums and didn't realize that was a no-no.Thanks again

When all the pieces are together - tape it.
No need to move the map.

Now please use the edit text button at bottom right when no one has posted after you recent posting - so that you do not stack postings.
It helps us here a lil bit.

Can someone please tell me where you actually mark the tyre, on tyre and at well, or back in with marking pen and other stored
items ....I keep getting the tyre in time but don't know where to mark it.....and exactly where on tyre as well...I have been here for more than a week...Please help....Mavis

Were you not able to get MaG's saved game to work?

You don't need to locate a specific point on the tyre to mark it. As long as you reach the fountain before the timer has run out, all you need do is:
- Take tyre from inventory and click on the fountain. Nicole will comment.
- Tyre automatically goes back into inventory.
- Take marker pen from inventory and click the pen onto the tyre (which is also now back in inventory)
- The tyre will automatically be marked.

The important thing here is to be sure not to run out of time, otherwise the tyre will be deflated and you will be unable to mark it.

I have just got new machine as well and a gaming mouse and nothing is different although i got stuck in slightly different places .... but I have vista. I get through some of places where others have trouble like fruit machine..no problems but stuck at fixing tube just cannot get it marked even though the time
has not run out.....I woould like someone to send me games fix
