I am stuck on the 1st video reconstruction part I get the first part "correct" with a red check mark next to it but then my game wont let me continue to the other 2 parts and I have restart the game and have done that 3 times and still doesnt work...what am I doing wrong?

I really can't remember what part this is.
Maybe you have not finished doing other things first, so it doesn't let you move on.
Do not restart but look at everything and recheck what you have.

towards the beginning with the first damaged SD card. I am unable to leave the van and I have put all other evidence down and linked them...I have contacted support and have not gotten a new download of the updated version like they told me I will get...so I have to wait
