How about everyone else. We might get some insight into other games from each other.

1. Dead Mountainers Hotel(I hope someone publishes it for I sooo
want it)
2. Black mirror 2
3. Dark Fall 3
4. Mara Hari
5. Momento mori
6. Darkness within the Dark Lineage
7. Returm to Mysterous Island II
8. Agon 5.
9. Grey Matter
10.Nancy Drew 20 Ransome of the Seven ships
11 Pieces of Eight
12.Stonewall Pententary
13.Ghost Pirates
14.Haunted

I'll have to take out a loan to be able to purchase them all.
Maybe I'll be good for Christmas and Santa will deliever me some rotfl

Space Quest Fan, do you know Secret Files 2 is out? smile You can order it through Interact CD. It's a lot of fun; I definitely recommend it. thumbsup

As for Syberia 3, I wanted to add it to my list, but I am not sure who is involved in developing the game, or what the game play will be like. Hopefully, when I know more, it will make it into my top twenty as well. yes

I already have the new Monkey Island downloadable series on pre-order. And Ankh 2 and 3 set on pre-order from Interact. Black Mirror 2 would also be on my list. Gave up on Nancy Drew games and hated Culpa Innata, so no part 2 for me.

praiseWow Winfrey you have a very impressive list there.
A lot that you want, I've already played and I can tell you that they are good choices.
I'm afraid of some of the older games playing on My Windows Vista, although I would like to try them thanks

I don't think that I have wanted a game such as Dead Mountainers Hotel in a very long time.
If anyone knows about a new publisher, please let me know. thanks

wave GuyBrushThreepwood.
I've gotten where I don't care for the Nancy Drew Games. Mostly because they're all about the same. Also I'm getting older and I can't do the timed puzzles.
I have bought and played everone of hers, but I couldn't finish the one about the Opera.
I might give it one more try and buy #20 since it's about pirates. catrub

I agree with you, GuyBrush. I have 19 of the Nancy Drew Games and although I did finish every one, they are getting somewhat tedious. I decided not to buy any more after #18, but took a chance on #19. This time I mean it! I'm going to pass on #20. It's too bad because I used to anxiously await the twice yearly games.

Hi venus,

Thanks for the information about Secret files 2. I did know that it was out already. I think Secret Files 2, Al Emmo, and Jack Keane are the games that are released that I have on my list. Due to the length of my list I am currently searching fo co-signers for my growing gaming addiction. grin I need to stay away from the Gameboomers home page. They are posting new games all the time that is just driving me deeper into debt. insane

I think The Book of Unwritten Tales looks really good - but there doesn't appear to be any news of it appearing in the near future frown

I'm playing still life 2. and so far it is pretty good.

a few years back I couldn't wsit to get the game started once I got it. Now I have aboout ten games and I don't seem to be as
interested in starting them. Now I really enjoy waiting to get them when I buy them on line.

I just don't know why I have changed my way of playing?

Does andyone else have this problem? think

I hadn't played adventure games for several months, collecting games from 2007, 2008, 2009. Now I've gone on a game playing spree. The problem is I tend to stay up too late to finish a game.

@guybrush
I too had a collecting games obsession only 1½ year ago, where I would check every place on the internet for all the good old games and newer and just buy them.
What can I say - it's tough to be a collector, lol.

This year we are blessed though with a lot of new games coming out.

I'm looking forward to:

Machinarium
Monkey Island: The special Edition
Telltale's Monkey Island
Ghost Pirates of Vooju Island
Memento Mori
Nancy Drew 20: RAN
Black Mirror 2
The Whispered World
Grey Matter
Simon the Sorcerer 6

and the list could go on... smile
