That's a great question Trisha. I see it listed in the FAQ's but can't find the Live Chat Now button.

I really liked that feature, so hope it will be there soon. wave

Looney, well I am glad I am not the only one who does not have the chat button. I definitely will be very upset if they take and remove that feature, having the live chat feature is one of the most important things that makes Big Fish such a unique game site.I am sure they must realize how much there customers will be upset if they change there customer support. If they have taken it away, then that would be a good reason for a player NOT to belong to a game club, as it is a perk of being a member. I can't imagine that taking it away could help them, might even hurt them in the end.

Well, I like having the live chat available, but I haven't really needed it and I have had great experiences with the email customer service.

I know each person will have their own expectations. Not having it would not make me quit the club as long as I continue to get good service.

No Dr Felix is just another way of sending in your dxdiag stats and info of what programs on your PC.

Live chat support is supposed to be a member benefit so doubt they take that away- but you never know.

I think maybe tech problems at the moment- people complaining over there too- lets see if it comes after complaints - might be one of those BF experiments LOL- then oh sorry it is back now smile

L4L...

It wouldn't make me take my membership away either, as I have never used the live chat, BUT for someone who has and does use it often, it would make a difference. If they are anxious to start a game and some "thing" is making them delay, then using live chat instead of email would make sense. I always have had the same problems as others who have already put their 2 cents worth in, so the problem is usually solved or on its way by the time I am in trouble.

Oh I haven't been here in awhile. *waves*

Live Chat is still available. It's under My Account > My Game Club.

I was on live chat just the other day. I think they remove it when there isn't an operator on duty.

Misa is correct. I had my first live chat on Friday and looked and looked for it. You do have to go to your account and you can't miss it. That is such a great feature. I have been a Big Fish member since 2006 and only now have had to use it. What a great service to BF customers.

I'm glad it's back, but that is where I looked earlier too and it was gone.

I looked several times to be sure I wasn't just looking right past it lol wave

I am on vacation so not sure why, but if it disappeared for a bit today it was a technical hiccup not on purpose.
