Thanks Chief.
I sampled the demo and thought it promising, glad we can now do the whole thing.

Later - Going to the download page and finding the Mature rating gives me pause. But as it's free, I'll give it a try, sure don't remember anything in the demo that would get that rating.

Thank you, Chief and Carla. Downloading it now. It sounds like it'll be right up my alley.

Hey everyone, auriond here. Firstly, thanks Carla for inviting me here smile And thank you to those who have decided to give it a shot.

I think it's only fair to give warning that there seems to be a very elusive bug in this game, discovered only after release. Several people have completed the game though, so it doesn't seem to affect everybody. One thing you can try is not to open the journal from the inventory. Use the journal button on the toolbar. That seems to work.

To sarahandus: the mature warning was put up because the ending of the game gets quite intense. There is a part at the end that might be a little too freaky for younger people, and one ending is rather graphic for those not used to such things. I don't think it's much worse than the average Hollywood action movie though. Some blood, no actual gore (no intestines spilled or anything). The rest of the game doesn't involve on-screen violence, only the aftermath, which still might be too disturbing for younger audiences. So we thought to err on the side of caution and put the warning up smile

Hi everyone. I downloaded it last night and played just a little before bed. I'm sort of stuck though and was wondering if anyone has seen a walkthrough for the game?

Thanks so much!

Oh Hi Auriond and thanks Chief for the walkthrough-to-come. smile

btw---I'm having trouble figuring out what numbers to put in the door puzzle. (on the right side of the room from the wooden doll) I'd love a hint or an out right spoiler! LOL

Thanks so much,
Cat

It does run fullscreen. You have to run winsetup.exe and uncheck the box that says "run in a window instead of full screen".

Auriond,
I dont know whether you had anything to do with the making of the game, but I thought the marionette puzzle was clever.
