Isnt Black Dahlia similar? Its a long time since I played it. I dont recall it having the humour of TM. Saying that, I dont remember much of the game now other than I really enjoyed it. Perhaps one for a replay. Anyone know if it works on Vista or Win7?

I thought "The Goat in the Grey Fedora" was a very good little game of similar humour.

Mainly interested in the old style of his job in the game. I.e private investigator, old style.

Dame was loaded looked ok but very old and duno if it will work on win 7 64bit plus hard to find.

Mad, the characters look pap but voice isnt too bad in it and is a P.I which is what im after, will investigate futher (no pun intended).

What time period was Sinking Island? That was a detective/mystery game, and the setting looked to have some of that "thirties" feel to it.

My other suggestion would be the Blackwell series, which is current day, but one of the "detectives" is a ghost from about that time period.

Are we missing something obvious here? (I often do that.)
