I am the one that had the problem and one of the games was indeed HE- Devil's Triangle plus a couple of other larger file games.
After dealing with 2 CS people, reinstalling my game manager and the games umpteen times and they even sent me new cd's the solution for me turned out to be simple.
After installing, go into the actual game folder-
example
Hidden Expedition- Devils Triangle folder-
in there is a file - Unlockgame
Double click on that and that activated the game manually rather than the game manager freezing at the activation stage.
That worked a treat.
One other person I know of had the problem but they were sent only the demo files on cd which was messing them up activating.
