I am just getting ready to finish up Destination Treasure Island, a different game and if it wasn't for MaG's walkthrough, and the BFG walkthrough, I would be lost, lost, lost. All the taking apart and putting together, no mechical mind here

Koalanut -- yes the inventory in Treasure Island is less complex than in Destination: Treasure Island. Two very different games -- the contrast is interesting.

The events in Treasure Island take place years before the events in Destination: Treasure Island, in case you didn't know.

Great review and very well written. Unfortunately for me, the game wouldn't play on my computer. I loaded it on XP and it took forever to load and to change scenes. Jim'a movements were very slow and jerky. I tried turning off things but it didn't help. This is the first game in quite awhile that I have had trouble playing. Most games load and play without a hitch. I must be the only one who has had trouble with it and I am not sure what is causing the problem. I am disappoitnted because I was really looking forward to playin this game. Anyway, I enjoyed your review and it really made me wish I could play it. Good job!
