I like this tremendously! The HOG part is a bit blurred but there are loads of great puzzles and not so many HOGs. There are many fab looking screens to explore, and even the music is great (I usually switch it off within a few minutes). I have only played the demo so far, so can't comment on the length. I just hope I'm nowhere near the end yet. I'm off to buy and will drop in and let you know how it goes. I'm one happy camper today! (I know...It makes a change!)

It only has 4 chapters but I am ready for a game that I can complete in a week! I can only devote one hour an evening to a game right now and some of them never seem to progress rotfl

I only need 2 for this month's 6 so I am trying it out - will return with my opinion later!

happydance Linda

So many games, so little time.

It looks lovely but am having dreadful problems with the game freezing. It doesn't like Vista ...

I see at least one person on the Big Fish forums playing without problems on Vista.

Have you tried this, Jenny?

Game freezing

I really like the game so far. It has a neat map feature that reminds me of Princess Isabella: A Witch's Curse and the game tells you when an area is complete. This game is going to weaken my resolve not to buy any more games this month. slapforehead

Did you try going to the My Account page? The game should be there.

All done (boo hoo). I didn't have to skip any of the mini games, and that makes a change. They were just at the right difficulty level for me. Not so easy as to feel patronized and not so hard that I give up so that I can move on. It took about 3 hours (non-stop, now I can use the facilities) Highly recommended. I'm used to being challenged on my choices so, "Make my day"

It wasn't there, but I went to forums and on from there. I downloaded and now ready to play. Thanks a bunch, Marian. I was about to have withdrawal symptons, lol.

I just finished the game also. About the same amount of the time as dorish (4 hours). Good game but wish it was longer.

I like the game. I have Vista and it plays fine except the sound is very low...can hardly hear it.
Beware though... I was searching and searching for a bat... when it was a hat. That fancy writing and poor eyes did me in. I'll probably buy it.

I'm not sure about this one. Poodlebear on BFG forum had mixed feelings, and said it only took 2 hours...

Try the demo and see how far you get in 1 hour, then you can figure from there.

I bought it - I like it. I am not sure how close I am to the ending but I was able to use the $2.99 credit I got from PlayFirst! WooHoo!

I like the fact I am able to figure almost everything without needing the w/t and there is no timer.

Not too much running back and forth either!

**edit: due to "hat" vs. "bat" problem, I have used a hint on several HOG screens - but only one per screen and not every screen!

Leaving the sound on helps as that is how I realize someone is talking to me.

FYI, the game is longer than I thought - I was afraid I was near the end and I have already gone to 2 more areas! I really think the game is well worth the money - IMHO wave

What a game it is,random clicking ok,hints recover fast. Best game I've played in a long time. So far I didn't need the WT.

I'm buying. Great blend of puzzles and hidden objects. To add to above comments:
I ordinarily turn music off, but it's o.k. with this game.
Surely agree on comment re "bat" vs "hat"!
Great voice acting.
Unique, interesting settings.
Puzzles workable without frustration.

I have vista home premium and have had no problems. I love this game and everything about it!
I love the voices, mini games can be skipped, I love the storyline, I love fast re fill for hints. There is nothing I don't love about this game except I will be sorry to see it end. I get bored with just finding hidden objects and want more interactive play for me, and this game has what I need to satisfy that. I hope everyone will give it a try I don't think you will be sorry.

I have already been 5 hours on the day, and I love the beautiful scenery, graphics, and just enjoy everything about the game! Oh did I mention I love the game!! rotfl wave

Well, I didn't love it as much as Sherryah but I really did like it. That little girl's voice gave me the creeps! This one definitely must be played with the sound ON.

There's a tunnel of glass underneath the gazebo with the paintings.
On the left side of that glass tunnel is a dirty pane. You use the hankie to clean that window. You will see what is underwater - destroyed statues.

Thank you MaG praise

I wondered because I never found the sheet with the solution to one of the puzzles but it was the kind where you can just keep trying and finally get it - - - - - or go to the w/t and follow that rotfl

The game was so much fun that I might just play it again!

happydance Linda
