Did you try talking to Bobby? For some reason my saved games won't load but I think all you have to do is click on Bobby (maybe with the bubble mixture) and he asks him if he wants the bubble mixture now.

Ok this is what i had to do: don't know how to add spoiler tag, so don't read below if you have'nt played.... I got the soap bubbles, went to the cupboard and he put soap in bottle, then i right clicked the bottle in inventory so he would coment, i then filled the bottle with water from the bucket at the peer, i right clicked the bottle again in inventory for him to make coment on it. I then clicked on bobby to give him the soap bubbles, And wahllah he started blowing bubbles. Hope this helps, hope there's no other glitches...
