Downloading it right now. It has very good reviews on the Big Fish forums. I bought it without demoing it.

Hi, Doreen!

I downloaded the demo but, when I tried to access the Strategy Guide because I'm stuck, I was taken to BFG's website to either try or buy the game.

I'm going to wait until the regular version of the game is released before buying, but have you been able to access the Strategy Guide because I'd really like to finish the demo and there are no walkthroughs posted yet.

Thanks!

Susan

Susan -

I found that if I kept clicking "Hint" in each room, it got me through the demo. Teddo

Hi, Teddo!

Thanks for the tip! Believe it or not, I only use the "Hint" button when searching for hidden objects and didn't think to click on it when I don't know what to do next.

I wonder if you have to buy the game in order to access the Strategy Guide.

Me, as well. Two collector's editions in one month is out of my budget. Looks good but if I play the demo I'll be too tempted. Best to wait.

Fantastic Game, Blown away with storyline, graphics. I played 5 minutes of the demo and exited so I could buy the game. WOW between secrets of Dragon wheel, Asylum conspiracy, vampire secrets, Elixir of Immortality and Echos of the Past,I have been in BFG Heaven. All these games I rated 5 stars because they all have beautiful graphics, interesting storyline and now Redemption Cemetery Curse of the Raven joins this long list. I can't imagine anyone not liking the game but everyone has their own idea what they want in a game.

The download is a lengthy one when you purchase Redemption Cemetery curse of the Raven but it is so much worth it. My favorite parts are the Interactivity adventure I groan when I see a list of hidden objects anymore. It is good to know the game is a long one.

I really enjoy the animation and also the sounds in it. This game is 5 stars in my opinion. I love ghost stories in games they are my favorite adventure. I hope everyone will try the demo to see for themselves.

NYLady I try to budget myself on CE but willpower with BFG is never my strongest strength, willpower goes flying out the window and not even my husband darers complain. LOL

Thanks BFG for a banquet Table of fantastic games all the above I mentioned. I use to be happy with just hidden objects but after years of seeing lists and find the objects, I am burned out. Give me more adventure games with less hidden object screens all jammed together and I am a happy camper.

Sherryah, could you give us some idea of how much bonus gameplay there is? I've bought a few CEs, but the bonus gameplay is really the only way I can justify the extra expense.

I agree with you that it looks like a beautiful game. smile

I have 2 Free Game credits coming. Holding out until the regular version is available. Call me cheap or call me frugal, but I've never bought a CE. But have to admit, it's not always easy to wait. This one looks to be on a par with "Puppet Show" and "Ravenhearst" games.

Hi, Sparkle!

I feel your pain lol ! I purchased the CE of "Curse of Briar Rose" because, after playing the demo I just couldn't wait for the regular version to be released. As much as I loved the game and have replayed it more than once, I didn't feel the CE was worth the extra $13.

I have 2 free game credits coming as well, so I'm hoping the regular version of this game and "Echoes of the Past: The Cast of Shadows" will be released in August. At the rate I'm going, my August punch card will be filled up on August 1 grin !

Susan

Hi Marion, I am no way near the end of the game, still trying to rescue the little girl burning in the building. The tension makes me feel like if I don't hurry up she will die again.

Sorry I can't answer your question and since it is suppose to be a long game from what I hear, hope I won't find out the ending too soon.

I'll buy this one when the regular version is released.

I bought a couple games with collectors' version, and don't see that I got much for the extra money

I got Echoes of the past CE and never got to play the bonus because I had to skip those light bulb games... can't do them for anything. So I paid the same and didn't get the bonus... won't be doing that again.

Well, I ended up buying the game. I had actually spent a very small amount of money on Big Fish this month and bought nothing during the sale, so I decided to treat myself. smile

I don't think you'll regret it Marian. I just finished and the bonus game was pretty good. I think it's worth the extra money if it only means they can keep creating good games. We had a lean patch, with a plethora of Match 3's and Time Managements, but Big Fish is doin' it with style this month. I don't know anyone who is interested in the bonus soundtracks, wallpapers and other stuff, but I may be wrong. Why do the developers use this as a selling point?

I'm stuck. I am trying to open the safe, but it won't work. I went around the mansion to see if I missed anything, but the hint says there is nothing to do and look elsewhere.

I have a feather, envelope, nutcracker, trapped snake, hourglass and inkwell in inventory.

What did I miss?

I got it open.

L4L - I guess I wasn't turning it far enough. I turned a little notch further, and heard a click, which I didn't hear the first 20? times I did it.

Ramona - no morphing objects

I'm very pleased with this CE so far. I'm probably a pretty slow player, but I would estimate that I spent three hours yesterday playing this game (using no hints) and I'm still in chapter one of four.

Just finished the game. That was excellent. Well worth playing again (but not today, too tired).
