I was working on the toad puzzle and didn't have enough toads. So, I backed out to search other scenes...apparently too far because now the game won't let me go back down the stairs in the center of the book (the one on the pedestal). Does this mean I'll have to restart the game?

Are you certain you didn't hit Skip instead of backing out?

Hi, Ana. Yes I actually backed up in the game. The hint button just keeps telling me to solve the toad puzzle but the game won't let me get to it.
