I downloaded Lost Horizon from The Adventure Shop recently. Download and installation went ok, but I cannot activate the game to play. Every time I click the unlock button, an attempt is made to connect to Koch Media, but I can never connect to enter the code. (The website appears dead) I sent an e-mail to customer support 3 days ago, no reply yet. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem.

I went to koch media and it transfers to Deep Silver with this info...have you tried calling

Meanwhile, I tried to connect again using yahoo instead of aol and I was successful. It seems that the problem was with aol.
