While I love BF I do wonder if there are some other sites that might carry games BF doesn't? I see lots of games, wondering if not all games are at BF and I would hate to miss something great. Any thoughts?
Thanks so much,
Happy Gamer

Ditto here. I rarely ever download from anywhere other than BigFish and SpinTop. Ana

Not sure what you mean by "garbage" that is downloaded with BigFish or not being able to play on any other OS? BF has their Game Manager with helps you to control your downloads, delete your games and have no intrusive tracking devices or spam generating software included with it as most others do. YOu can play their games on any OS the game is playable on, that has nothing to do with BF. There are no ads on BF games either. It's fine if you do not care for BF, we all have different preferences, but I am not understanding your statement as to why not. Perhaps you are thinking of another company.

Hi sarahandus, Big fish, I think, have a very efficient 'Download Manager' & are one of the few sites that don't have lots of pop-ups etc & one of the few sites that don't bother you! When you exit a game you do get a box that gives you an easy link to buy the full version of a demo you have finished, includes at the bottom 'More games you might like' as well as handy links - these are all for your convenience & you just have to click the box off & that's it! If you uninstall the games you can redownload them onto any PC at 'your address' including different operating systems but if you save them to disc you can't install them on a PC at a different address. But, that is the same for most casual & adventure game download sites.

Each website has its drawbacks, my experience is there are less on BFG than most. None of them are ad free.

The only option to ad free is to buy games from any store carrying what you want.
Ads help many sites sell games we buy at the prices shown on site. It could be that without those ads we'd pay more per game.
Or, have to pay to visit that site.

There are no ads in BF games that you download. If you are referring to the opening or closing screens that say BF games, that is not an ad. It's no different than buying a movie and seeing Columbia Pictures, Universal Studios etc to show who made it.That is part of the credits in the beginning and end. An advertisement would be placing a Diet Coke ad or Crest toothpaste commercial in the game. Something that has nothing to do with that game.
