I'm one of the adventuregamers who preordered and payed for Gray Matter from the publisher Lace Mamba as early as in august last year. As a part to support the publishing of a new Jane Jensen game. The game is on the market since one month. Still I haven't got my copy. What's bothering me more is that Lace Mamba doesn't even answer my emails regarding this. Despite me presenting verification for the purchase. This is frustrating to say the least. And indeed bad if not inexistent customer service.

I've ordered the physical copy of Gray Matter, the money was drawn from my acount in august last year. I've tried to contact LaceMamba through their website exactly as they want to be contacted. And I live in scandinavia, not that the latter should matter.

I feel somewhat conned.

Well I sure hope Claas can straighten it out for me too.
But I'm getting a little tired of LaceMamba now bacause I've been through exactly the same thing whith my preorder of Rhem trilogy. I finally got it, suppose *I should be grateful. But it took a lot of effort and mailing back and forth to get that game although they shure took care of my money fast.

I've sent Claas (or the mailadress he's provided) a copy of the payment receipt (from august last year!) and my own adress.

This is the second game I've preordered from LaceMamba and the second time I'm having trouble receiving the game. Sorry LaceMamba but I'm a bit dissapointed even should I finally receive the Gray Matter game.
