I can't seem to activate the Professor Sparrow painting in Karl's office. I can get him to leave by activating the security alert, but Nancy doesn't acknowledge it and when I go to his office, the painting has no highlighted cursor. I've talked to everybody and seem to have everything I could get my hands on, so I'm just wandering around and making Karl leave the office every five minutes. Should I be able to open the safe(numbered keypad) without the key from behind the painting?

Have you read the Raid guide book and saw the Professor Sparrow page? There is a key icon on that page.

The key is not for the safe but for his desk drawer.
