I am in the pawnshop and have looked at the bamboo blowpipe, wheelchair and everything else I can look at in that scene. I am supposed to be able (according to the WT) to pick up coin #4 but I can't find it and I didn't automatically get it. Is it somewhere else?

I have had some technical difficulties with this game so I am wondering if I have missed it or if my game is at fault.

Thank you.

Darn, I almost missed this! The coin in the pawnshop is right in front of the window to the right of the door, gatsbygirl, in an area that's black dark. See if you can't get Billy to walk over to it and pick it up.

Okay, I just took a look. The coin is on the floor right under a small black and white sign in the window that says Checks Cashed.

Gil.

Traveler,

I found the coin and progressed.I have played the Raven's Hunt game for hours. Several times I have been over 2000 points but the chest didn't open so I kept playing it thinking I must be doing something wrong. I decided to try and move on and I have anti-venom in my inventory but I didn't take it from the chest since it wouldn't open. I don't know if this is the anti-venom from the chest or if it is the one I drank earlier.

Is the chest supposed to open or does the anti-venom just go into our invemtory once we get to 2000 points?

Thanks for your help.

Yes, actually, it does. That was a little confusing to me, too, since (as I recall) the game said I'd won so I closed out but had no chance to reach into the chest. Like you, I just noticed the anti-venom had appeared in my inventory. Believe me, I was thrilled! I'm terrible at think-ahead games like chess and Raven's Hunt and I was glad to be done with it.

Rock on!

Gil.

Thanks Gil. I am in the cemetary and supposed to use matches on the crypt but I don't have any matches. I can't enter the gate because it is too dark. Looked through the WT and can't tell where I was supposed to pick them up. Are the matches somewhere in the cemetary or did I miss them earlier in the game?

Thank you.

Are you sure you don't have matches? You had to pick them up to make that phone call from your motel room. Just use the matchbook on the crypt.

I checked again. No matches. I went back to the hotel room and looked at the ashtray and he says something like"nothing but ashes, glad I kicked the habit" but there isn't a matchbook. If I originally had it, I don't now. I have had some glitches with this game and I contacted Billy about it. Hope this isn't another glitch. I'm not sure how I am going to be able to proceed. Any ideas?

Thank you!

Interesting. Just one question. Did you call Bruce from your hotel room before you did that ice machine puzzle?

Anyway, go back to your room and check the trashcan in the bathroom. Not the ashtray.

I found the matches in the trash can, just like you said. Now I am trying to do that puzzle with the disk and the booklet. GRRR frown Can't figure it out even with the WT.

The WT says when the first light comes on to find the symbol etc... and when all three lights come on I'm suppoawed to be done but all three of the green lights are lit before I do the puzzle. What light is supposed to come on? Sorry to be so dense but I really hate these puzzles!

Thank you.

Hey, those lights do look like they're on but they're not. smile Go ahead and work out the first one, push the grey button and you'll see that first green light get really bright.

Gil.
