You don't have to win at billards to finish the game.I finished the game and didn't win bilards.

You have to win the scarf in order to see the best ending. You can see 3 endings without the scarf.
You win it by playing billiards.

thank god, as there is no way I am going to win at billards, now if you could win by the highest amount of foul balls then I would be the winner...LOL

Move that cue around and see which ball can enter a hole.
Find a ball that is a direct hit of that ball.
Click the ball you want to hit.
Use the cue to see how straight that ball to the one you want to get in the hole.
Then place the crosshair on the ball to be hit by your ball on the spot that the cue you used as sort of a ruler.

I really advice that you get the scarf because that best ending is a surprise ending.
